  • After we have received the booking confirmation (fax or email) from Klong Prao Resort, we will immediately send you the hotel voucher for check-in at [email protected].
  • And all booking processes are completed and finished.
  • You just print out the hotel voucher and present it to Klong Prao Resort together with your passport or ID card when you check-in.
  • If your booking is not confirmed by Klong Prao Resort because other guests confirmed those rooms first, I will immediately refund you. And you will receive full refund to your credit card.
